DINING AREAS & KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing a quick snack to a full family meal. It has a breakfast bar with seating for 2, an adjoining breakfast nook overlooking the pool area with seating for 4 and a formal dining room with seating for 6.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is a bright open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling. It features a 70” Flat Screen TV (and DVD player) which you can enjoy watching from the comfort of the two sofas and two leather accent chairs. There are sliding doors and two other regular doors leading to the pool area.

CHILD FRIENDLY
Included in the home is the use of the Pack-n-Play (travel cot), highchair and stroller. There are also children's plates, cups and utensils as well as a Child Safety Fence surrounding the pool.

GAMES ROOM
Loved by all is the professionally renovated Games Room! This detached garage turned games room features a Pool Table and Air Hockey Table. It houses a Wii Game System with 2 Gaming Chairs and an assortment of Wii Games all to be enjoyed on the large 50” Flat Screen TV. Finally, enjoy snacks and games on the 8 Ball Themed Bar Top Table with 4 Chairs.

PRIVATE POOL
Access to the South East facing pool, lanai, and games room can be found through the laundry area, kitchen breakfast nook, sliding glass doors in the living room and also from the Master Bedroom. Relax in the outdoor private swimming pool! Enjoy al fresco dining on the patio that seats 6 as well as the loungers. There is a pool bathroom outside for your convenience too! Finally, this home is equipped with a Child Safety Fence around the pool.
* Pool heat is available at $35 including tax per night.
* Pool heat is set to 88 F.
* Pool heat is recommended October - May.
* If you would like pool heat, please request it at least 1 week in advance.
* Pool heater runs from 7am - 11pm (sufficient time to heat the pool).
* If you would like to rent a gas BBQ, please inquire.

LAUNDRY
There is a full size washer and dryer (2 dryer balls), iron and ironing board, and pool towels.

REUNION RESORT AMENITIES
* The Cove at Seven Eagles - Resort style pool, two hot tubs, outdoor showers, poolside dining at The Cove bar & grill, outdoor billiards, an arcade, fitness center and bocce ball courts. Open daily 7am - 11pm. Subject to change as the resort undergoes improvements. Note the Private Reunion WaterPart is not part of this property. (this requires booking a specific home and payment of high resort fee access which we choose not to offer because of the limited value to guests)
* Luxury Clubhouse and Cabanas available for rental.

Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towels
* 1 x dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets
* 1 x small dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* 2 x sachets of laundry soap
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi)
