Family getaway

The house is amazing and in a great location. We came down to relax and enjoy the weather. Lots of amenities and the house was great for us and the kids. Walking distance to the water park which is really nice. The pool was wonderful and fairly private for a busy neighborhood. I can’t think of a single thing I’d change.

Tried to get ahold of owner via message before booking. zero response 3 days later but I booked anyways. 4 hours before check in after hour on phone with vrbo finally got ahold of someone with check in information. “Owner” or agent claimed new phone and wasn’t logged in and apologized. Cleaners were there 3:02-4:05. Was decently clean in that little of time for a big home. Smelt like bleach ALOT and dish washer was being ran. POOL was filthy and GREEN. arrived on a Thursday pool was cleaned Friday at 1pm and doused with Choline and shock. Pool was murky until Saturday night. Our first 2 1/2 days it was not swimmable. Or at least for safety my children were not to go in. Very dissatisfied. Some family reunion was there so the water park was disgusting not owners fault but no pool and gross water park was a huge let down. Neighbor next door smokes cigarettes throughout the day and stares at you. Not very private at all. Pictures can be deceiving. Inside of the home was fun for kids with theater area and slide room. 8/10 for that and cleanliness. Internet did NOT work the entire stay. Couldn’t get a tech out until after we departed. Jeeves did try their best to accommodate and fix but no solution. Glasses in kitchen and plates had finger prints all over and water spots, definitely re cleaned a few items before using. The game room….not pleasing. The mini split inside there smelt like MOLD. I wouldn’t recommend unfortunately. Encore at reunion was not comfortable location.
