Enjoy the pond view and birdsong from your private deck. The open-floor plan offers a queen size main bed, and a combination full and twin bunk for up to 5 people. A kitchenette, full bathroom and dining table are part of the cozy cabin. A few steps through the pines gives you access the small beach and floating dock and a chance to catch your own fish. This property boasts stunning views, floating dock and small beach - perfect for swimming, kayaking and loon watching. The home sits on frontage of a pristine cove of Toddy Pond - a beautiful, peaceful and natural setting. A firepit, lobster pot, grill, outdoor screenhouse, and free use of kayaks, canoes(complete with paddles and life jackets) provide an ideal setting for relaxation and entertaining. We were amazed by the view of the lake, and all the facilities that the cabin had. Everything was found clean and in order, and the cabin felt very cozy as well! No insulation. I think it would be fine in warm weather, but was chilly at night, we're not comfortable depending on space heaters. It was a bit difficult to sort out which was ours, even with the directions, i had to get out to walk to look at the signs. Putting signs on the back would help, also gravel or paving the area would be beneficial for anyone with rear wheel drive in the rain. It was clean, and the view was nice!
