Luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with every comfort of home including A/C and heating, Large corner reclining leather sofa, Fibre optic internet, 55" Samsung smart TV with British channels and Netflix account included, surround sound system, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, walk in shower and hairdryer. The apartment is situated on the ground floor overlooking a large pool with a large balcony and is ideal for disabled guests as there are no stairs.
There are 2 bedrooms each with there own bathroom and shower. The master bedroom has a kingsize double bed and built in wardrobes. The bathroom has double wash basins and a large mirror and a shower and a bath.
The second bedroom has 3 single beds and built in wardrobes and the bathroom has a large walk in shower.
The gated complex has 24 hour security and beautiful grounds. There are 3 other pools within the complex that can also be used.
The complex is 200 metres from the sea with beautiful beaches which all have beach bars. There are local amenities within easy walking distance.

Fabulous apartment in much desired location close to the beach and short walk to restaurants and bars so no car needed. I’m very familiar with the area but it’s easy to get to know. The manger was great and very helpful. Highly recommend

Overall great location… very clean.. nice complex. The only grumble is the air con, your given so much money on a card which ran out for our 3 nights… which then could only be topped up by megan… who by the way was very polite and accommodating. We went 1 day and 1 night without air con. However megan did offer for us to fetch another card from her but we were out. I will definitely revisit and use the apartment.. thank you so much and thank you megan xxxx

The apartment is spacious and within a few minutes walk to the sea and many restaurants and supermarkets. It is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and the beds and lounge furniture as well as the terrace sofas are extremely comfortable. The owner and the manager are responsive, replying to any queries promptly and efficiently. We wish we could have stayed longer and intend to return in the Autumn should there be availability. All in all a great place to stay. Nita and Michael

#### Lovely apartment
Apartment was lovely, very spacious and beautifully furnished. It was every bit as nice as the pictures and description. It was very clean and there was loads of towels available for use, which was fantastic as it saved us having to bring those with us. Communication with the owner was very good and all information provided was very accurate. The owner organised pick up from the airport for us, and Derek was waiting for us when out flight landed. There is restaurants/bars close by, around a 5 to 10 min walk depending on where you go. I would recommend the Nautilus restaurant on the sea front, it's lovely with beautiful views out to sea. I would definitely stay here again.

La urbanización es muy limpia y muy tranquila con jardines y 5 piscinas , el apartamento amplio aunque en mi caso , no tan limpio como desearíamos para haber pagado por la limpieza 60, agradecido por habernos dejado entrar a las 14/00

Es war im großen und ganzen ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in dieser Anlage. Sehr schön und gepflegt. Strand ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Apartment war groß genug für 2 Erw. Und 2 Kinder. Leider war es nicht ganz so sauber wie erwartet, der Gastgeber war aber sehr nett and zuvorkommend und wir sind uns einig geworden. Steve ist wirklich ein sehr netter Gastgeber, auch seine Hausverwaltung Megan war sehr nett im Kontakt. Also Daumen hoch und weiter zu empfehlen! 😃🙋♀️🍀☀️

La casa está tal cual las fotos cómoda y espaciosa. Tuvimos algún problema el día de entrada, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y para el día siguiente estaba solucionado, pero tiene un sistema que controla el tiempo de encendido, dispones de un saldo por semana que tienes que organizarte para no quedarte sin el. La urbanización genial. El aparcamiento es en la calle no hay plaza de garaje. La ubicación, para comprar el pan hay un supermercado a 15 minutos andando y las playas cercanas tienen piedras.

Clean, tidy and amazing swimming pools. Apartment very well looked after with lovely homely touches. This is the 3rd apartment we have rented at La Recoleta and definitely the best. Superb ground floor location and Megan was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this apartment.
