The Space:
You enter the complex and take the lift up to the third floor. The apartment has a lounge, dining area and kitchen. From the lounge it leads out on to the balcony with seating area and dining area. In the lounge there is a comfortable sofa and a T.V with English and Spanish channels.
There are 3 bedrooms; one bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobe and ensuite with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a single bed and a chest of draws. The third has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower and washing machine. There is vented air-conditioning throughout and WIFI.
Downstairs, there are indoor and external communal pools, sauna and gym.

El apartamento cuenta con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, ropa de cama, toallas, TV de pantalla plana , zona de comedor, cocina totalmente equipada y terraza con vistas al mar. Ideal para familias .

The apartment is a short journey to many restaurants, bars and shops in the area of La Zenia. Villamartin Plaza is a 15 minute walk away with plenty of bars and restaurants.
Zenia Boulevard is approx. 15 minute walk away and the nearest beach is a 5 minute drive away. There are many beaches along the Orihuela Costa.

El aeropuerto internacional de la Región de Murcia es el más cercano (55Kms).Situado en una zona animada con muchas opciones a nivel restauración.

Getting Around:
A car is an advantage to see the surrounding areas and there is a parking space below.
There are buses nearby to Torrevieja, Alicante, Cartagena and Murcia.

Lovely apartment building

Overall, my family had a good experience throughout out stay, however, the first night the AC did not work and my elderly father and my son couldn't sleep well as it was extremely hot. Thankfully the next day the AC was fixed, but what was a bit frustrating is that the agent who assisted in the check in process kept insisting the AC worked, when it definitely did not. On the plus side, the apartment was clean, modern, as shown on the pictures. We really liked the amenities as well, especially the outdoor pools (2), playground, and in door pool. Great place to stay with family. Overall, I would recommend the apartment (as long as the cooling/heating system works).

Endroit magnifique, tout le confort y est, 3 piscines dont une en spa, salle de sport, la résidence est sécurisée de partout, pas loin du centre commercial la Zenia, lidl....,cafés et restaurants. Un endroit propre, tres grand rt tres charmant.
