The living room is very high standard, modern style decorated and is furnished with air conditioning, LCD TV with Spanish channels and there is a WIFI connection. From here you can easily access the terrace area en comunal garden.

Within walking distance of the fine sandy beaches and all amenities that can provide you with your daily needs, such as many shops, catering and the new shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard as well as La Zenia Center and the coastline, both very worth to take a look.

A good sized very nice modern property in a good location for getting around. The apartment is in a gated community so it felt very safe. Plenty of external space too which is an additional bonus.
