"We found the staff so helpful. The room was very nice . The bed was very comfortable and tea and coffee well stocked. Sadly our room was on the bottom floor where people congregated for a cigarette and it got a bit noisy. Other than that we will be going back there ."

"The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. We only had their breakfast, that was very good. The parking area is not very big if you want to park near to the hotel, but other parking is close by. The room we chose, based on the website photos, are a lot smaller in reality and the room was very warm, unfortunately, nobody is allowed to open a window more than four inches. The hotel prices are on the high side, and most of the clientele seem to be of an older generation. That said, we did enjoy our stay."

"Purple bedroom was rather Goth, but comfy bed and lovely bathroom products despite indifferent shower. Enjoyed swim and sauna. Great staff all in a wonderful Tudor building"
