"Desk clerk was nice & suggesting places to go with teenager. Lobby coffee was nice to find. There was sand or powder laundry detergent in my bed. Something loose and gritty. It was late so i brushed off sheets & fell asleep. Other than that room was clean Upstairs guest stomping at 5:30 am was disturbing. Quite noisy - I could hear the shower too."

"The room was a bit worn. The thermostat didn't work - off actually turned the heat on full blast. The bed and bedding were very nice and comfortable. No A/C which is typical on the Oregon coast, but there was a floor fan available in the room that was extremely dirty - sort of pointless providing a fan if it's not cleaned regularly with the rest of the room."

"The sauna was closed. The paint is peeling in the pool area. The pool was supposed to be heated and was not. The first night was good. The hot breakfast is nice. The building is accessible from the front or back parking lot. The check in was great we were able to upgrade our room with an ocean view, balcony and fireplace for our first 2 nights. We had to move to a standard room for our last night. We got in late, midnight, the 2nd night and there was no parking. We have a 1 ton diesel with our utv in the bed. The worker on duty told us that we had to park on the street where I could not see my vehicle. I went down early the day we had to move rooms in hopes that our room for that night was available instead of waiting until 4:00. I let the lady at the desk know that we had to park on the street. She stated that we should have been directed to park next to the pool building. Luckily she was able to get us a room to move our stuff to. I didn't get her name but she was top notch. She went way above and beyond for us. We will definitely stay there again. For the minimal inconveniences, it is well worth the stay."
