"Check in was quick, easy and staff was very friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Hot breakfast is only on the weekend, however they let us know that when we made the reservation. They do have hot waffles every morning. "

"Great location. Nice people. Very clean. The hotel is old, but it has charm. Lots of young families playing on the beach. Some of us just walked the beach and sat on our balconies. No restaurant as such. A foodie place at the end of the hotel - very good coffee."

"Ebb Tide is my go-to hotel in Seaside. The prices are reasonable, there is a lovely included breakfast as well as having a Keurig coffee maker with Portland Roasting Company K-cups, a microwave and mini-fridge. It is conveniently located for walking to the downtown shops and the beach. "
