"Phenomenal service! Catrina was a new staff member but went out of her way to check us in"

"The staff are friendly, and helpful. The property is by the beach side. The Inn is old but well-maintained and clean. There was free breakfast which had a small selection but filling. There's no air-conditioning but it was cold so it was alright. A portable fan was provided if the need arises. The room had a fireplace too. They had amenities such as pool and hot tub. They have cookies every 6:00PM. The overall stay was comfortable! "

"Recently updated. The only downside was no elevator to get to the third floor. Gorgeous view of the river/bay. Would come back again if we’re ever in the area. "

"I enjoyed the property. HOWEVER, a pool is listed in the description, and there is no pool. I received an email after booking the room informing me that the pool is currently out of service. The restaurant is also out of service. Also, the check-in attendant was rude. She was eating a bagel and looking at the computer when I walked up. She continued and after about 2 minutes, put down the bagel and asked me if she could help me. "
