In Orduna for only a couple of nights during a motor touring trip. Great base to access Bilbao by scenic train ride. Hotel is located in the main square of the town, so an old building styling through with a spa, nicely decorated rooms and public areas. But the fundamentals like room occupancy comfort have not been fixed ( eg no Aircon, solar gain from windows). Opening windows brings in the noise of the square in the evening which is the centre for local socialising and continues until midnight at least - on our second night it was PA amplified for a local street festival....and then public services start around 6am! So don't expect much sleep. The hotel has limited parking which cannot be reserved, but public free parking options are a short walk. Luggage has been brought across the square personally. The town restaurants are few and the menus limited, but the local bars and bakeries that are open do a great job.

definitely not a 4 stars hotel.no enought people working at same time.i been waiting 15 min to do the check in at 9 pm.beside that staff was rwally helpfull and nice. No usb outlets to charge cellphone and no hair conditioner.

Tout est bien, beau petit village historique mais je me suisfait briser la lunette arrière de ma voiture dans le stationnement réservé aux clients de l'hôtel qui setrouve derrière l'hôtel, Les employés ont eux-mêmes appelés les policiers. Ils m'ont donné par la suite accès à un stationnement intérieur securitaire gratuitement. J'ai cependant dû me rendre à un poste de police le lendemain pour faire une déposition. Et j'ai dû changer de véhicule avec la compagnie de location, ce qui m'a fait perdre une demi-journée de vacances.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und alles hat funktioniert, sogar die Whirlpool Funktion der Badewanne. Das Personal war freundlich, leider hat der Check-out länger gedauert aufgrund eines Telefonats der einzigen Person an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück hat mich nicht überzeugt, die Auswahl hielt sich in Grenzen und war nicht besonders einfallsreich. Insgesamt aber ein ordentlicher Aufenthalt in dem historischen Gebäude, was dem Hotel eine besondere Strahlkraft verleitet.

En la plaza del pueblo con un personal excelente que atendió necesidades como tomar la matrícula del coche porque ahora el Ayuntamiento parece que multa si no estás alojado. En la misma plaza una cafetería con terraza en los soportales donde sirven pinchos y excelentes desayunos unas chicas simpáticas. No probé los servicios de spa, la habitación amplia y bonita pero la madera de al lado de la ducha un poco necesitada de mantenimiento

Hotel très sympa, meme si nous avons eu le hasard d'arriver à la lancement des grands fêtes de mai ! Pas trop bruyant, quand même, mais l'hôtel nous a fourni des boules de qui-est au cas où. La grand déception c'était lors des fêtes, tous les restaurants y compris celui de l'hôtel avait de menus très réduit (des sandwiches, en fait!). Tout s'est bien passé quand même, l'ambiance était très spéciale

El hotel es caro para el tipo de habitación que ofrece. Lo que menos gustó es la moqueta en habitaciones y pasillos del hotel. El armario es un estante con una cortina como puerta. El mueble del lavabo no existe, es un cubo con puertas (cortas). El conjunto de ducha y lavabo no tiene puerta. Inodoro y bidé a la ducha y lavabo es independiente y con puerta.
