We loved the convenient location to downtown Ballard. Lots of places to eat and walk to. We did have a car and utilized the parking garage. It the parking garage was better lit that would have been ideal. The lights are motion sensitive but it is pitch dark in the garage until you are literally already in the spot that you need lighting for. Had I been traveling by myself as a single woman I would have been very hesitant to use the garage for safety reasons.

"If you like waking up all night because the guests upstairs decided to walk around the squeaky floors and noisy water pipes then, stay at deer harbor inn. Horrible stay, was up 3/4 of the night. Called the in keeper he didn't do anything about the noisy guests at the hotel."
