Everyone is friendly. The beach, pool and activities are plentiful. There is plenty to do for everyone and to go off the resort there is lots to see. The only complaint I would have is the wait at the desk and concierge. We always got reservations at the restaurants there but if the one person working was tied up it could take an hour.

My husband and I travelled there for the first time for a wedding. We book for days of course the day you arrived and leave to me does not count. I loved the sand beach, water and the weather was perfect. I can highly recommended it. At the Divi Resort all inclusive that booked, food was excellent at the buffet and at the Mexican Restaurant food was excellent and the staffs were friendly here. Most of the staffs at bar and front desk were unfriendly. I was expecting more open welcoming and detailing in terms of moving around near the resort. I know everything we’re technologically applied but many times the apps did work or the resort WiFi was not powerful enough to keep up with the traffic.

Stayed here with my wife for our anniversary and we had the most amazing time. The resort is extremely clean, the food was amazing and everyone was very friendly. Hidden gem is the papporzi bar for drinks before any dinner. Guido and JC are mixologists and make THE best drinks. Also, they’re extremely funny and nice. Highly recommend anyone considering staying here

We traveled with our 15 year old and it was great. Safe, lots to do and the staff is very friendly. Our room was a bit dated but it looks like they are revamping. A few suggestions. Plastic wine glasses would be a huge upgrade. We recommend bringing your own Yeti for water fill ups etc. The food was great and the drinks had some top shelf options which were nice. We have two older college students and we will be back when we have them as well! Great stay and we look forward to coming back!

Loved what we saw, however had to leave early We got very sick. Had a touch of Pneumonia was going back and forth to Urgent Clinic getting Medicines, Urgent clinic very close to Divi Hotel as well. Left earlier than we were suppose to stay. EXPEDIA IS GREAT HELPED US.

The food was very good, even at the buffet restaurant, where food would be cooked fresh on the spot at your request. There was a variety of delicious options, and the staff was always happy to serve guests. The fish, meats, soups, and mashed potatoes were always savory. Staff members like Kimberly at the reception desk, Robertico at the bar, and David and Xiomara at the buffet restaurant truly make you feel welcomed and well taken care of. The beach is absolutely amazing, with clear waters and powdery sand. There were always chairs available, with a bar near the beach and the pools. The hotel is kept clean and it never felt too crowded. Very few staff members could have been friendlier but the others made up for it. We would go back to this hotel.

The overall property has extreme deferred maintenance and the grounds need to be cleaned daily. The buffet revolving doors were always dirty. I put in a special request for my mom’s birthday and didn’t receive a note or anything.

This was the best vacation ever. A little hard to get a reservation but even the Buffett was amazing. There wasn’t wait staff at the pool, but it was still very easy to get a drink. My room was amazing, had troubles with the coffee machine but it’s just a very short was to the cafe. All in all I will be back. Has several pools and the BEACH!!! Omg absolutely amazing.. can’t go wrong with this spot!

This was our fifth stay at the Divi resorts (three times at the golf and beach and twice at the AI). Very convenient, beautiful beach. We dined off property several times. Breakfast and lunch on property are great but we wanted to explore the island a bit. Staff is always awesome!

Beautiful property. My wife and I agree it may be one of the nicest all inclusive properties we ever stayed at. But there were a few small drawbacks. 1.) No wait service at the beach. 2.) No straws on the entire property! Those were our only complaints and we would definitely consider staying here again!

The Divi Resort is beautiful. It is located right on the beach, which is breathtaking. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is so good ( I came back 5 pounds heavier). I didn’t even wait a year before returning there. It truly is a happy island.

I purchased a garden room king size bed. The room they gave us was nothing like the divi site. We were looking at a wall. Also they gave us two queen beds when I paid for a king size. After arguing with management finally got a king bed but pool view. The bartenders are very rude. And getting dinning option was like an act of congress. Buffet same ole stuff every day and they run out of food. The manager did try to help us but that’s it. The bell hops were very attentive to our needs. Overall it was good but not the greatest

The property needs refreshing. The lighting in the bathrooms is bad. Also, they do not provide conditioner for hair or body lotion. Could not believe this. Overall, an excellent resort. Staff abundant and friendly. Beach and pools outstanding. Food options and availability very good. Alcohol options were plentiful and good quality. The coffee shop is very very good, but not open early enough. Not enough attention paid to removing towels abandoned on chairs at pool or beach. Frustrating to find beach space later in the morning, but not an insurmountable issue. Biggest complaint is the need to reserve table dinners two days ahead of time. There ought to be a better way. Nevertheless, a great place. We will return.

One thing about the dining - it was difficult to get a reservation at the restaurants. My husband and I only ate at the buffet as all "good" time slots were taken for most, if not all, restaurants. I guess you have to jump on it the second you are given your room number. Otherwise, we loved the property, staff, food at the buffet, and cocktails. Not overly crowded which we loved!!
