Our family of 2 adults and 1 child was perfect - our room was kept very clean and thankfully our air conditioning was always working well, because it’s very hot and windy. At the hotel we did the all inclusive option and in the restaurants the food was excellent, beach was stunning, pools were great. Close to walking into a cute town area with great souvenir and jewelry and clothing shops etc, a beautiful water fountain with music themed displays. Highly recommend going snorkelling / so many fish to see! Super safe, great for families. Resort was quiet at night but lots of fun night clubs in town if wanted.

Love the ocean front room at the sea tower, and the pool there is great. All the restaurants were really good, just that the boat traffic on the oceanfront is so busy, it clouded up what should be crystal clear water so if you snorkel it’s hard to see anything.

Good for kids close to the beach food was good but there were only 4dining options and there are restrictions on what you can get with all inclusive. Overall I had a great time and was able to watch the sunset everynight.

The food was excellent at the resort. Steaks, seafood, Italian, and Mexican. Every meal was far above expectations. The hotel overall needs some work, but perfect for location and has all you need. Hope you have as much fun as we did.

Location is perfect. Staffs are all helpful esp. Bellman Reynaldo at the lobby, I only suggest more coffee /drinks/bars and accessible food at night for people who have All Inclusive stay.

Clean rooms, though the bathroom tile in the shower could use updating. Patio door needs to be greased, it was difficult to open. It was probably corroded from the salty air. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Beach is amazing! Everything is so close in proximity, you dont even have to leave the resort! Excursions, shopping, food, spa...couldn't ask for more.

The hotel is very nice. Very convenient to transition back and forth from beach to pool. The rooms definetly need a little updating. The ground need maintenance. The hot tubs were not working. The speakers didnt play any tropical music or music at all and there was barely to no entertainment. That being said I would stay here again compared to the other hotels. It is a more quiet hotel and my son loved it!
