Nice hotel we had a view of the bay.

Pros: Layout of room and 2 t.v.'s. we weren't there for t.v.'s but nice all the same if you wanted to watch something different before you went to bed.
Cons: More than one entrance would have been nice.
Location: Newport Pier and beach with shops and restaurants within 10 minutes drive
Loved the layout of room and enjoyed a wonderful room service breakfast. Only disappointment would be the 29.99 per day parking charge, not sure if a California thing but we thought that was alot added on to an already healthy hotel room cost.

Very nice! Great staff. Super comfy bed!! Quiet space. Would definitely stay here again. Accommodated error in reservation immediately and then covered my parking cost.

good experience

Pros: Late checkout was very helpful; especially since my flight was late in the afternoon.
Cons: As I said housekeeping missed my room (on the far end of the floor), but no big deal. Maybe they thought I'd opted for Marriott Rewards points :)
Staff was very attentive and accommodating. Room service didn't make it in my first day but I tracked down some coffee from one of the housekeeping staff the next morning and she was very responsive. I really enjoyed the hotel.

Hotel is in a great location. Nice restaurants and and Fashion Island for shopping very close. Take a walk around the back bay and Balboa Island. Great hotel!!

COMFORTABLE WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEW!

Cons: Night Shift Manager, Theo was unprofessional at the time of initial check in. Additionally he was called to my room due to the Smoke Detector beeping.
Location: Visited the beach to watch the boat parade.
I really enjoyed my stay. I did have a problem checking in due to a miscommunication from Expedia but was accommodated. The night manager, Theo was not helpful, but his employee Lorna was GREAT! The day shift more than made up for Theo's unprofessionalism. The room was spacious, clean, and I had a wonderful view of the bay. I did think the $28 parking fee was a bit expensive, but would definitely stay there again!
