Parking: For Guests Registering: Please use the link below to register for parking and gate codes. Guest entry code will be delivered via text message directly to the guest registered – so please be sure to enter a mobile device and not a landline! Please register at least 1 day prior to arrival as the system can take up to an hour to deliver the gate code after registration is complete. Be sure to specify the north or south tower (404s) for proper access and to avoid any inconveniences. Guest entry codes will become active at 10 am the morning of their check-in and deactivate upon check out at 11 am. Guest Registration is valid for 7 days from the date of check-in, any additional lengths of stay require additional guest registration. Be sure to register before arrival. The cost is $62.10 with tax per vehicle per week. Maximum of 2 vehicles per reservation.

Things to know
• This property has access to a dock with first come first served slip access. Guests wishing to bring a boat MUST register with the association in advance as space is VERY limited. Parking for trailers and access to the boat ramp is a paid service. The cost is $50/day or $300/week plus a $50 transaction fee. Access to these amenities is not available until you have registered. Contact Hosteeva to begin the registration process.
• Boat launch and boat slips are available on-site by request (charges may apply).
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• No RVS or trailers allowed. Boats, jet skis, water craft and their trailers are only allowed with prior registration.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
