Ultimate Beachfront Elegance - Turquoise Place C1704

  • We invite you to a 3BR/3.5Bath beachfront condo with a contemporary 'clean' feel, high-end subzero/wolf kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, wet bar with wine cooler/ice maker, flat screen/satellite TV's in all rooms, natural gas fireplace, DVD library, free WiFi, and jetted bath tubs. Tile flooring throughout the unit accentuates the upscale, luxurious appearance.



    A spacious balcony directly faces the ocean. Equipped with an outdoor kitchen/gas grill and a private hot tub, the balcony is the perfect place to relax. Just picture yourself and sipping on a drink while the sun slowly sets, accompanied by the soothing sound of warm ocean waves.



    The unit is located on the 17th floor of the east"C" building, has 2,300 square feet and sleeps up to 10 people. The master suite features a king bed, a spacious bathroom with both shower and jacuzzi, and a generously sized walk-in closet. The balcony/hot tub can be reached directly from the master bedroom. The second and third bedrooms both have queen beds, 32' flat screen TV's, and private bathrooms. The second bedroom is also equipped with an office/computer desk.



    Four high-sleep-quality, twin size, roll-away beds are available for additional guests.

We had a great week at this beautiful property. Communication was fantastic, the check in was very easy, we got in a couple hours early too! The condo was very clean, well equipped and furnished, and very comfortable. The weather wasn't the greatest, so the comfort of the condo was even more beneficial to us. We have visited OB 8 or 9 times now and we will definitely consider this property and condo again! Thanks for a great week and experience!

Everything was perfect and amazing for our fall break getaway! Super easy (and early) check in and the condo was spotless. Plenty of bedding and cozy blankets. Even though we had some rain, there was plenty to do inside and everyone could relax. Awesome trip!

This condo was beautiful and offered an amazing ocean view. Plenty of room for a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We loved using the hot tub on the rainy days and in the evenings. The kids loved the slide and the lazy river.

My boyfriend’s kids and I threw him a surprised 50th birthday and this condo was beautiful. Great view, hot tub on balcony was so nice and relaxing. Plenty of room for us all. We will stay here again. The resort is just really nice with plenty to do. The host was awesome and got back with me quickly with any questions.

Great location and time of year to go!

We had a wonderful experience at Ultimate Beach Condo Elegance - Turquoise Place C1704 this week. The condo was in great shape, had plenty of towels, utensils, internet access, and provided a ample amount of consumables for the condo (trash bags, dish soap, sponges, etc.) - which was a nice touch so we didn't have to get much of those. The beach and facilities were awesome. We loved the food and beverage bar at poolside for a quick snack and refreshing drink. We would/will look to book here again soon!

As soon as we opened the door and stepped inside, we realized what an amazing property we were staying at! Beautiful open space with fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico. We fell in love with this place! The view is beautiful! Having the grill and hot tub on the private balcony is a lovely bonus! The waterslide was fun, lazy river heated, and indoor pool/hot tubs a lot of fun! The condo was very clean and had plenty of basics such as toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, and garbage bags. Very easy to relax and have fun. Would stay here again!

We were very happy with the property. Very clean and well stocked with anything needed. One of the lounge chairs is broken on the deck. Amazing property!!!!

I couldn’t have imagined a better stay at this unit at the Turquoise Place. The unit was luxurious, and provided everything and more that we needed. We especially enjoyed the large balcony. We watched the dolphins play in the ocean from the hot tub and the view was incredible. Both the owner, Tony, and the concierge manager, Cynthia, were so nice to work with and promptly answered our questions. The staff at the front desk were so friendly too! It was nice that we were able to order lunch at the poolside bar and grill so we didn’t have to leave for lunch during our beach days. A perfect stay!!

Communication and service was great. Several days prior to check-in, Tony and Cynthia reached out to introduce themselves, provide their contact info and make themselves available for any questions or tips. Great unit

This is one of the nicer units in Turquoise Place. It is well taken care of. The furniture is great, and having a big outdoor table that seats eight is wonderful. The unit is short on glasses, and there was sand in the kitchen when we arrived that was difficult to clean up because the unit currently lacks a broom, but those are pretty minor complaints for what was otherwise a lovely stay. When I had questions before we got here, the owner answered them very quickly. My family loved staying here and would definitely return to this same room.
