Work on the north-facing balconies (parking lot side) will occur Sept. 16–Oct. 16, 2026, with contractors working from the exterior of the building; access to vacation rentals will not be required. Guests may experience construction noise during this time, and balcony furniture may be temporarily moved inside as needed. The community pool will be closed during renovation periods from Oct. 19–Nov. 20, 2026, and Jan. 4–Feb. 5, 2027.
