Loved the stay! Only issue we had are the elevators.. The elevators are very slow and 1 of them was out of order the entire week! Overall stay was great!!!

Great Beach Getaway
The Family and I stayed at this property for about a week and really enjoyed it. It was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. It was good sized and furnished nicely. The view was incredible and had easy access to the beach. I would definitely recommend his condo to anyone looking. We will be back and rent this condo again as soon as we can.

Smokers Paradise
Let me start off by saying the condo unit (Phoenix 6 unit 6207) itself was very nice. Clean, lovely decorations, comfortable bed and a kitchen with any utensil or dish you could possibly need.
We were excited to use the balcony to enjoy the gulf view. Coffee time would have been awesome out there! Evenings would have been nice too, however, we were not able to enjoy our balcony due to the four ladies next door who chain smoked out on their balcony the WHOLE time we were there.
The smell was not something you could just ignore. It was so bad... if you opened the sliding door from our unit to the balcony, the smoke smell would come into our unit.
Shortly after checking in (on Monday), and discovering that our balcony was filled with the stench of cigarette smoke, I called the front desk and asked if smoking was allowed on the balcony. I was told "not really, but no one will complain if you do". Not exactly what I wanted to hear! When I explained to the desk attendant that the smoke was actually a problem for me, she told me it would be taken care of.
By the next morning, we were hopeful we could enjoy the balcony. Unfortunately the ladies next door had already lit up for the day. I called the front desk again and was told that one of the ladies was disabled, and on oxygen, and that she wasn't able to go anywhere else to smoke. I. kid. you. not.
On our third evening, I made a trip down to the front desk. A new attendant was working. When I told her the whole story, she said that was the first that she heard of the whole ordeal. She put me on the phone with her manager who told me that he wished I had told him about this sooner.
The pool area is also full of smokers... everywhere. The first attendant I spoke with (in dealing with the balcony situation) told me that smoking was allowed at the pool. When I spoke to the manager he clarified that smoking was allowed at the pool but only in designated areas.
If you are bothered by cigarette smoke, this place is NOT for you. If you don't want your children breathing in heavy second hand smoke.... this is not the place for you.
I am not happy, as I paid for a condo with a balcony that had a gulf view. I was not able to enjoy my favorite part of a beach vacation... morning coffee on the balcony.
