This tranquil and perfect property offers a phenomenal stay for guests with 2 bedrooms, including 1 king bed in primary suite and 2 queen beds in guest room. You'll have a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, in the living room you will have a sofa bed, providing even more space for your enjoyment. Location is fantastic with several restaurants within walking distance, Zeke's & Shrimp Basket across the street and the grocery store just a short 3 min drive.

    You can sit on the balcony and watch the boats drive in through the pass and the dolphins jumping the morning. This unit is a guest favorite with all the amenities offered in Phoenix VI, like indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, sauna, fitness room, racket ball court and tennis court.

Host was very friendly and helpful. Property was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The room was great. Awesome view from the balcony.

The condo was not very clean. The floors were dirty and the couch needs replaced it is badly stained and broken. The washing machine needs repaired. We did have a great time and the view was great. The only thing is after dinner the adults take over the pool and most are drinking alcohol and it’s not a good environment for children.
