  • *PLEASE NOTE: The concrete walkways are being repaired on several floors. This project will result in construction noise between the hours of 10a-5p, M-F. The project is estimated to be completed mid-January.

    Located on the sandy white shores of Orange Beach, Phoenix VII 1410 the perfect location for your next beach getaway! This two bedroom, two bath condo comfortably sleeps 6 and is decorated with high end furnishings. Phoenix VII 1410 is on the 14th floor, providing you with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the Perdido Pass. As an added bonus, this condo comes with your very own reserved and covered parking space.

    As you enter the condo, the guest bedroom is off of the entry to your left. This bedroom is comfortably furnished with two full sized beds and features a full en suite bathroom. Continuing into the condo, the open floor plan provides plenty of room for relaxing indoors or spending time together preparing meals in the full-sized kitchen, stocked with the basic essentials for cooking. Off of the living room is the main bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed and also has access onto the balcony. The main bedroom has a full en suite bathroom.

    During your stay, you will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, racquet ball, tennis courts, sauna, gym, common areas with books and boardgames as well as a coffee bar. There is also a common grilling area with outdoor seating. Everything needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing stay!

    Seasonal CHAIR AND UMBRELLA RENTALS are handled by Perdido Beach Services.

    Phoenix VII is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, marinas and family fun in Orange Beach! Only a 5-minute drive to the famous Flor-Bama, 10 minutes to The Wharf, 10 minutes to The Hangout in Gulf Shores and only 20 minutes to Tanger Outlets in Foley.

    *The individual booking the property must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD and staying the ENTIRE duration of the reservation.
    *SNOWBIRD RATES are available between November and February. Please reach out to us and we would love to talk with you about these monthly rates.
    *PETS are not allowed at any of our properties due to HOA restrictions.

This condo was great for our family of 4. Great communication and was even able to check in a little early. The dryer was a little squeaky when on which made it difficult to sleep/talk. The view was great. Amenities were great. Walking distance to rest and ice cream. The covered parking was also very nice. Would stay here again.

Comfortable beds, nice decor, good location. Very nice and huge pool. Building staff are exceptionally friendly. Needs a few basic items like oven mitts, a dust pan and broom, and the dryer is needing some work. We let the company know, so hopefully those will be taken care of.

Overall the stay was good. The host was very responsive, cleanliness was as expected. The beds were quite high so I wish I would’ve brought a stool for the little ones. The outdoor pool was closed for repairs the majority of our stay, but we were able to use the pool next door. The view was amazing.

The condo was very clean and in good shape. The interior had been updated recently with new painting. Check-in was quick and easy and Heather did a great job of making sure we had all the info we needed ahead of time. The beach was beautiful and the beach access was family friendly. The indoor heated pool was also a nice bonus! We had a fantastic stay and will be back.

The blinds was broken in the living room and bed room . The refrigerator had mold in the ice could not use it. Couldn’t us the stove would not get hot. It needs a up grade for the price I paid. Only thing I loved about it was the beach front it was amazing.

I cannot sing the praises of this condo and the owner enough. The entire process from booking to check out was a BREEZE! The host was wonderful! Communication was GREAT. She answered every single question starting the week before my reservation all the way to check out. I like to know what I’m walking in to and she never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. The condo itself looks exactly like the pictures. The beds are SO comfortable. Every one in our group talked about the comfy beds. Location was perfect! Perfect views of the water. I have zero complaints about the host or condo. I will definitely keep this location in mind for future trips.
