    Welcome to Phoenix I 1051, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo offering 1,350 sq. ft. of comfortable coastal living—perfect for families or friends looking for an unforgettable beach getaway.

    Step inside and enjoy a bright, inviting space designed for relaxation. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything the chef in your group needs to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The primary bedroom is en-suite and features private access to a north-facing balcony, while the additional bedrooms offer plenty of room for everyone to unwind. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience for your stay.

    After a fun day on the beach, step onto your private Gulf-front balcony and enjoy a cool drink or a warm cup of coffee while taking in the peaceful coastal views.

    Guests of Phoenix I enjoy access to exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, kids' splash pad, fitness center, racquetball court, hot tub, sauna, gazebo, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the beach. Phoenix I also shares amenities with Buildings II–IV, offering an extensive range of features to enhance your vacation experience.

    • RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

    • AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

    • NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

    • SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Sports trip and vacation

2nd time I have stayed in Phoenix 1. Have had amazing stays both times. Great family and friendly location. Location on the strip has everything within a few minutes away. The beach is gorgeous and clean. Will definitely being staying again.

Nice for a short trip

It was a nice location, quick walk to the beach and the pool being heated was a major plus. My only complaint was that it had a smell like a smoker had been there.

Amazing experience

Great Location-

Great location, right on the beach. Close to pretty much everything you need, restaurants, grocery and shopping all nearby. Plenty of room for my wife, me and 4 teenage girls. Dolphins are often swimming near the beach. Only negative is the supplied toiletries are low end quality. Make sure to bring your own tp, paper towels, dish soap, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Spot

The condo owner was extremely organized and easy to get in touch with. Condo had all the amenities you need for a trip with kids (washer/dryer, great living room area, tvs in bedrooms, etc). We didn’t have any issues with appliances, outlets, or bathrooms, etc. the condo is right on the beach- it is easy to get to and from the room with a short elevator ride. Great outdoor pool and splash pad for the kids! Condo staff were on top of everything! This is a great spot to take a family!

Great Offseason Stay

This was a great short weekend stay during off-peak season. The property was great, clean, comfortable, the interior of the home was modern. Everything went really well! The only comment is that there was no desk staff to meet us when we arrived after 7 pm. It was a little confusing, but that is my only feedback. I would like to visit again during peak season.

This place is perfect for a young family! The condo (and entire building) is super clean, not too big (you literally ride the elevator down to the parking lot and pool deck!) and is right on the beach. It makes taking kids to and from the splash pad, pool, and beach easy. The condo is incredibly nice - my kids had their own bedrooms, we had a nice master bedroom (with our own bath separate from the kids!) and a nice den/kitchen area to hang out in. There is also a washer/dryer that works really well -- this is a huge help with young children! This is our second year returning to this exact condo. We will be back - not only is the area nice, but the owner is easy to work with, extremely organized (lists everything in an email), check-in and check-out are ridiculously easy. We love this place!

This rental was as shown for the most part. A few updated pieces of furniture. The only down fall was the floor could use a good mopping since all our socks turned black. Also do not leave anything outside or it will be taken. We left our beach chairs and a cooler to dry out from the rain and we went to get them later and they were gone. They were some very nice chairs and cooler as well darn it. Other than that, we had no real issues.

Spring break

This condo is extremely roomy and nice. We really enjoyed our stay. We were there with my husband and I, our 15 year old daughter, and my 26 yr old daughter and her husband and my 1.5 yr old grandson. It was stocked well for necessities as far as cooking and such. Would definitely stay there again. When I contacted the property manager they promptly responded.

Overall nice unit. Some attention lacking to cleanliness of bed coverings and certain areas (i.e., floor boards). Carpet in bedrooms so slight musty smell. Very cleaning living and kitchen areas and fabulous view and access to the beach.

They said they would fix the broken bedroom door. They swapped out the molded coffee pot. The beach chairs in the balcony closet were rusted and mildewed. Other than that, it was fine.

Overall satisfied with the Condo

Condo was nice. A little outdated, but that was the whole building in itself. Bathrooms in condo are very small. Carpet in bedrooms could use replaced. Had to get some air fresheners to mask some of the musky smell. But it was overall a nice place and our family definitely enjoyed the stay. Easy access to beach. Elevators were not terrible either. Nice pool and splash pad for children. Hope this helps your decision.
