    3 bedroom/3.5 bath condo located on the 4th floor and has and an "expansive" incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico, a sandy white beach and from the living room, dining room, kitchen & master bedroom! The complex is located on the beach, right beside the Alabama Pass, so you will have a view of the boats coming and going to and from Perdido Bay to the Gulf of Mexico! The property amenities include a beach side pool, indoor pool, fitness center, sauna and lounge room, boardwalk to the beach with a shower. The elevators and lobby are nicely maintained.

    You will feel right at home with the granite counters, new furnishings, fresh paint, jetted master tub and walk-in shower, windows, and a full size washer and dryer. The living room and master bedroom room have large sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. Each bedroom adjoins a full bath. There is also a half bath which adjoins the utility room. The kitchen has full size appliances, including a dishwasher. It is stocked with utensils, dishes and cookware, coffee pot, toaster oven, hand mixer, can opener and more! Bring the food, paper and plastic goods or just dine out! There are plenty of options close by!

    Bedding arrangement is as follows: Master Bedroom - King, Guest Bedroom 1 - Queen, Guest Bedroom 2 - Queen. The beds are made with white linen and offer a "Fresh" bed for each guest. A modest supply of bath and kitchen linens are supplied, but you may bring more. The utility room has a full size washer and a full size washer, plus an iron and, ironing board. For your convenience, a personal amenity package is included, intended to get you through the first night in case you need to shop later.

    Easy check-in. No standing in lines. Book this property and have a great time, inside and out of the condo. Bring your beach towels and chairs or see the beach attendant for lounger rentals. The beach is beautiful and has wonderful sugar white sand. Orange Beach has lots to offer to keep everyone happy and busy.

Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Kitchen was stocked, plenty of space and having 3.5 baths is fabulous!! Our favorite part was the balcony- lots of seating for us to enjoy coffee and lunch with a great view of the gulf and the pass! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is wonderful! It is not only accommodating, clean, & inviting, it has all the amenities of home away from home! The beachfront is pristine & set away from the "crowd" enough to have a little peace & quiet. It also is centrally located to all that is available in the Orange Beach area. This is our second time around & we look forward to our third tour :)

Amazing orange beach stay!

This is the second time we have stayed in this complex. Last year and this year! We are in love with it. Very clean and wonderful atmosphere! The condo was more than we could ask for with everything you could dream of needing! We will be back for sure! Wonderful pools and access to the beach! Very family friendly!

Loved the condo! Especially the ceiling fans on the balcony. Plenty of room for 6 adults & all of our stuff. Beautiful sunrise view of the Gulf. Pool could’ve been a little cleaner.

HUGE balcony!

The view from this condo was perfect. Grand Pointe Condos sit on the end of a row of condos by a jetty so you see more gulf than concrete. We spent a lot of time on the HUGE balcony! The condo itself was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook meals. The only things that would have made the stay better would be just a few more consumable supplies (very few included) and a better way to navigate the tv. We were very frustrated with the tv and missed a few of our regular shows because of it. We didn’t find any tv instructions and the batteries may have been low/dead in the remotes. This didn’t ruin our trip by any means, but it would have been perfect otherwise. This condo still deserves a 5 star rating! Two restaurants that we really liked were The Tin Top and The Shrimp Basket.

Best vacation in several years

The Condo was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay very much, Excellent location and view, easy access to the beach and the pool was our main place to be every day. We do have a few suggestions. It would be nice to have some umbrellas around the pool and it would be a good idea to add a few more than 2 towels and 1 washcloth in the kitchen. A dish drain for hand washing a few dishes would be a good idea. Last thing is a street light for the turn onto Gulf Road. We missed the turn a few times, lol. We will definately stay at Gulg Pointe again.

Perfect place with plenty of room.

This place was perfect! First of all it was very clean, nicely decorated and had plenty of space to move around. The balcony has a beautiful view of the beach and water and was spacious enough to sit and have coffee and watch the boats going out in the morning and watch them come back in the early evening. The bedrooms were lovely and had nice linens and comfortable mattresses and each had a large bathroom with plenty of towels.The kitchen had anything and everything needed for a small snack or to prepare a large dinner. Walking distance to the beach was short and easy to walk and the pool was huge and right below our room. There were plenty of restaurants in the area with reasonable prices and good food.The owners did a great job providing the necessities and more to make sure we were comfortable. Definitely a place to go back to.

Comfortable Condo in the beach

Things we loved about this condo: 1. A generous balcony with plenty of comfortable seating areas. We spent hours here playing, eating and staring at the Gulf. 2. Plenty of bathrooms for the 7 of us to not fight over usage. 3. The outdoor pool provided an opportunity for pre-schoolers to work on swimming skills. 4. Plenty of parking spots available - bring a sunshade because the shaded spots are for owners only. 5. The boardwalk out to the beach was well kept - wear shoes to protect your feet from burning 6. TV's in every room to entertain the exhausted. We were able to use all our streaming accounts but I think there is DISH access also. 7. Well equipped kitchen especially the ice maker. It would be great if there were some pantry staples available like salt, pepper, flour & sugar. Just be aware that you need to bring your own. Water dispenser on the fridge isn't connected, so bring your own source. (We didn't like the tap water.) The owners have lots of utensils, plates, serving dishes and cooking pots. 8. The owners have provided a lot of artwork and personality to the condo. It was fun to know to get to know about them. 9. Comfortable beds with fans overhead. 10. Access to some great food in the area - Daisy's donuts, Gulf Shores Steamer, Rouses Market and Pizza by the Pass kept us well fed. 11. We enjoyed a trip to the Naval Air Museum which is a pretty quick drive east & a ride on the pirate boat which sails right past the condo several times a day!

Wonderful family vacation

This condo was amazing! We had 6 adults staying for a week and there was plenty of room. Was great to have 3&1/2 bathrooms with that many people. The absolute best part though was the deck! It is huge with great views and absolutely beautiful sunrises. We saw lots of dolphins playing the canal and in the gulf. (Bring binoculars!) The location was fantastic too! Being able to walk to the beach, and easily walk or drive to shops and restaurants was very convenient. We would definitely go back!!
