Gulf Front with Balcony- Perdido Pass-Affordable

  • Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass. Relax on the balcony and watch the boats come in Perdido Pass or take a short walk along the boardwalk and stroll the sugar white sands of Orange Beach. This is a small complex with only 21 units which cuts down on a lot of noise and traffic. Across the street is San Roc Cay marina which has shops, restaurants, charter fishing, and boat slips.

    The kitchen has new cabinets and granite counter tops with a modern, sleek tile black-splash. The condo is very spacious. The master bedroom has a king bed with a full bath. There is a bunk area with 2 small bunk beds that are perfect for kids. There is also a sofa sleeper. The condo is located on the second floor of a three story complex. The complex has an elevator.

    The complex is a gated community. There is a gas grill for guests to use.

    The complex has a nice, large pool.

    Minimum age is 25 to rent.
    Only 2 vehicles allowed per unit.
