The large balcony made for a great location for a meal or a cup of coffee while we watched the boats come in and out. Condo worked just as described. The entire complex was very clean. We would definitely stay there again. Only downside was communication with Liquid Life who is the property rental manager. I called several times and never received a call back. The location was perfect and we enjoyed this super clean condo! Watching the boats go in and out from the balcony is very relaxing. We also noticed how soundproof our unit was... we felt as though we were the only renters because it was so quiet. We only had one negative and it is the reason for the overall rating being 4 star!..The drawback is the TVs (although flatscreens) need to be updated to smartTVs... we love watching movies at night, and the tvs were not optimized to handle streaming. Aside from that, we thoroughly loved this property and will be booking here in the future! ##### Mandy M. The property is well maintained. The views from the balcony, both sides is entertaining. We love watching the boats. The only problem we had this year, was getting the living room tv to work.
