Disclaimer: Starting 4/20/26, the South Elevation Expansion Joint Re-Sealing Project will be taking place. Swing stages will be installed between Stacks 6–7 and 13–14. This unit is in Stack 13. Periodic noise from power tools can be expected during the approved hours of 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri. Projected completion date is 5/11/26.

Phoenix 10 Unit #813...You will absolutely love the location of this condo! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath gulf-font condo is located directly on the ocean and steps away from the famous Flora-Bama!

The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. We have a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig! There is plenty of seating at the bar and in the dining area for your family. And, the living room has lots of seating and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment!

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has two full-sized beds and the third bedroom has a queen. Everything you'll need for a fabulous vacation!

The views from this balcony are fantastic! There is access to the balcony from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Imagine waking up to that view every morning! Enjoy it while sipping your coffee in the morning or an evening glass of wine. That's what it's all about!

We enjoyed a spring break stay at this condo. The condo was clean and nicely appointed, and the amenities at Phoenix X are great. Communication with the rental company was excellent, check in and out were a breeze. Would definitely consider staying again if in the area, thank you!

Amazing condo!

This was a girls trip planned, and we couldn’t rave more about the property! It was right on the beach. It looked like it did in the pictures and the property manager was easy to communicate with if we had any questions. She even let us check out a little bit later than intended When we asked last minute. The staff at the condo complex was amazing answered any questions we had and was very friendly.

Great location, a lot of space for the price

The location, right next door to the Florabama, was amazing. We could walk on the beach back and forth several times a day to hear some great music and have a few drinks. The place was large. But definitely getting a little shabby. The master bedroom floor is cracked. The beds are mattress only, not box spring, so not comfortable. The sheets could be upgraded.

Exactly as pictured. Great location next door to Florabama. Deck was nice to enjoy the ocean view. Pool was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Living room had rocker recliner. Master bedroom has king bed and very comfortable. Other beds were not very comfortable but it’s hard to please everyone. Resort has plenty of security to keep people out who aren’t staying on the premises. Hope to come back and stay again.

Absolutely beautiful view! Was exactly as described. It was nice to have a recliner and very comfortable couch, bed was also comfortable as I have a bad back so it was important factor for me so I was cofortable and even stayed an extra night which never happens as Im normally miserable after 2 nights. Felt like home, made me want to move here. The property manager Melissa was awesome also, super fast with response when we needed her. Highly recommend and we will stay here again.
