    Pet-Friendly Stays

    We know that a vacation is better with your best friend! Lighthouse on the Bay 2111 is a dog-friendly unit. To ensure a smooth stay for everyone, please note the following resort policies:



    Pet Fees: A $150 non-refundable fee applies per dog (maximum of 2 dogs allowed).



    Supervision: An adult from your party must be with your dog(s) at all times when outside the condo unit.



    Resort Leash Deposit: A $100 refundable deposit is required per pet for a designated resort leash. This is fully refunded once the leash is returned to the front desk at check-out.



    Fitness Center (3rd Floor): Access requires a keyfob, available for a $10 refundable deposit upon return.



    Parking & Wristbands: For your convenience, parking passes and wristbands are purchased on-site. Parking is currently $55 per vehicle and wristbands are $5 per person. Rates are set by the HOA and subject to change.



    Please note: Parking rates are set by the Condo Owners Association and may fluctuate.



    Trash Disposal: For your convenience, the trash dumpster is located on the southwest side of the property.

Great Building and location but unfortunately, the condo itself was a disappointment. First of all, Coastal Realty great to work with. They were able to accommodate an early check in, which we really appreciated since we were traveling with an infant. Their communication and response time were excellent. Lighthouse on the Bay, the building, is very nice. It is beautifully maintained, well secured, quiet, and the location is great - just off the beaten path to avoid the chaos of beachfront property but close enough to enjoy all of Orange Beach and the area. The biggest issue in this particular unit is the condition of the furniture. The condo looks like it was furnished 20 years ago and largely forgotten. The living room furniture is extremely worn, soiled, stained, and damaged with noticeable signs of age. There is also not enough seating for the amount of people that the condo accommodates. We weren't expecting luxurious, I carefully reviewed the pictures before booking, but the pictures do not reflect the condition of the furniture. I will return to Lighthouse on the Bay, but would never rebook this condo or recommend it to anyone. The pool/lazy river is great. The security team is fantastic (know the rules and follow them - parking isn't free & wear your wrist bands). The covered parking is a huge plus - convenient and absolutely wonderful in the heat of summer or bad weather.

Very spacious 3 bed 3-1/2 bath. On the first floor so no navigating the elevator with a dog and baby. The condo was very well equipped with essentials necessary for our stay. We would highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Oh, they have 2 doggy runs where they can be unleashed in order to do their business along with potty bags to clean up the poooo.

The condo itself is great, just be prepared for many fees upon arrival, as well as very strict security! Condo was large, clean, and just like the pictures!
