    This unique property is a sleek building with all the contemporary, luxury touches you could want. Nestled perfectly on Ole River, it is a boater's and fisherman's dream.

    This 12th floor unit offers views few others in the building have. The huge balcony spans the length of the condo, giving you gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Fabulous patio furniture for relaxing or dining outside.

    All amenities are conveniently located on the first floor. Sun on all three pools during the day. Spread out in this 2134 sq ft unit and enjoy everything Bella Luna has to offer.

    Parking $40 per vehicle. Limit 2 vehicles. No Boat or trailer parking allowed. Age Requirement: Minimum age - must be 30 years old. By requesting this property you are certifying you are 30 years of age or older.
