1BR/1BA beachfront condo that has beautiful views of the Gulf from the private balcony and is perfect get-away or for a small family vacation. The balcony is equipped with a patio table and 4 chairs. This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico!

There is plenty of seating in the spacious living room. with a sofa and two recliners. The sofa is also a queen sofa sleeper for the kiddos! Linens are provided for you upon arrival.

If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

You are allowed to park one vehicle. No oversized trucks, RVs, campers, boats or trailers allowed on property.*******A parking pass is not included with your reservation. The pass can only be purchased upon arrival at the Coastline Management Desk for $55. ******

A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom (linens are provided). A full sized washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.

Amenities of the Phoenix V are second to none. They include a fabulous outdoor pool, a SPLASH PAD, a heated indoor pool, lighted tennis court, half-court basketball court, a racquetball court, fitness center, hot tubs (all located next to the indoor pool), sauna, beach side gazebo and a poolside BBQ/grilling area. *No pets allowed.

While you're here, you can relax and enjoy the sugar white sandy beaches, play golf on one of the 24 courses in the immediate area, charter a deep sea fishing trip, enjoy a sunset dolphin cruise, go parasailing, or spend the day shopping at the nearby Tanger Outlet Mall! As a first time stay with vrbo I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was. We enjoyed it immensely and our toddler had the best time at the pool/splash pad! Our condo was clean had everything we needed and the VIEW šŸ˜. Will most definitely stay again !

A Short Getaway

My husband and I take a yearly short getaway and this was a first stay in this condo. It was very clean, relaxing, comfortable and perfect for just us two! We had the best time! The location was perfect and our son loved the splash pad. The unit was just as described and the kitchen was stocked with any utensil/cooking item you could possibly think of, even down to grilling utensils. A lovely surprise

We had never stayed in a highrise condominium before so not sure if we would like it but this week was so enjoyable. This unit was so clean, lovely furniture, well supplied kitchen and lovely view of the beach. We will definitely return to Orange Beach.

Great place for small family

The property was nice and clean. The unit felt a little dated, but was a great location. The elevators at check in and check out were hard to get, the wait time for some was up to 45 min. But if you prepare for it you can take some luggage or items down at non peak times it helped. The pool and splash pad was great for the kids and access to the beach was easy. It was a great stay for a long weekend.

Great for families with young children

The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked if you need to cook, but the location is great to get to local restaurants with ease. My kids loved the splash pad and pool. The balcony was very relaxing with a great view. There was a wait for the elevators around check in/out times, but once you figure out how to get ahead of that itā€™s fine and also to be expected at most condos during busy season. I would highly recommend for families with small children. Other areas of the building felt clean and safe. I look forward to booking for a family trip again next summer!

Amazing views, perfect location. We did run out of toilet paper at 8 pmā€¦I didnā€™t realize we only got 1 roll. Not a big deal, but would have bought some while grocery shopping. Just fyi buy tp when doing your grocery run.
