Beyond pleased with everything. It was exactly what we needed for our getaway. The kitchen cookware and set up was perfect. The outside balcony, chairs and table top were excellent. Plenty of towels. Kitchen table was perfect for what we needed. Super easy check in/out. Will definitely be booking this place again.

This was our first trip to orange beach/gulf shores. We were not disappointed! The property was clean. Our condo was clean and well equipped for a week stay with 3 kids. The beds were comfortable. The beach view from our balcony was beautiful.When I contacted the host for check-in details, he was kind and quick to reply.

They have everything available for you to be able to cook. Any time I needed anything I’d message the host and they were on it. You need chairs an an umbrella if you do not want to purchase at the beach. Parking is first come first serve which kinda sucks.

Apartment was smaller than expected. Old food, crumbs, spills etc. in drawers & kitchen cabinets, oven drawer. Drips on walls near garbage cans & other areas. Obvious signs that floors hadn’t been cleaned under fridge & other appliances. Baseboards nasty. Wood trim in bath rotted, painted over. Saw large roach. Place needed to be gutted. Used & abused! Probably had never been deep cleaned. Toilet stopped up & flooded bathroom, bedroom & into hall. Plumber was immediately sent & repaired. 2 men came to clean & just mopped up toilet water. Suitcases soaked.Joe with Reef Properties was very nice to work with & helped as much as he could.I have been in property management & some owners are very cheap & do the least possible to keep up their properties. I imagine this is the case after talking with a couple of other guests who had previously rented there & had the same problems. Very strong chlorine smell in indoor section of pool. Several of us had to leave due to burning eyes. Vent fan built into wall was rusted badly & I would imagine non operable. We enjoyed the beach though! Worst part of vacation was returning to apartment.
