    **Tradewinds Building Repairs Project is scheduled to start October 12, through December 11, weather permitting. Guests should expect construction noise, vibration, dust, swing stages, intermittent pool closure and occasional access restrictions in certain areas of the building during this time.**

    Welcome to Tradewinds 1104, your ideal Gulf-front getaway in beautiful Orange Beach! This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers 941 sq. ft. of comfort, sleeping up to 6 guests and providing everything you need for a relaxing vacation—plus private beach access just steps away.

    From your private balcony, take in breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf. It's the perfect spot to sip morning coffee or unwind with an evening glass of wine while listening to the waves. Inside, the bright and airy living area flows seamlessly into a fully stocked kitchen, thoughtfully equipped with all the cookware, dishes, and essentials needed to prepare meals at home when you're not trying out the fantastic local restaurants.

    The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, while the guest bedroom offers direct access to a shared bathroom that also opens to the hallway, providing both convenience and privacy. A sofa sleeper, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer ensure every stay at Tradewinds 1104 feels comfortable and effortless.

    • RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

    • AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

    • NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

    • SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Property was great with a great location. Check in process was smooth and communicated well. Can’t beat the view. Only negative thing was that the room was not the cleanest. Things left behind stuff under beds etc…Plenty of space and a huge balcony!

Perfect getaway

This was perfect for my husband myself and my in laws. The building has private access to the beach, a nice sized indoor/outdoor pool and is centrally located around stores, restaurants and more. The balcony is nice and large, perfect place to watch the dolphins in the gulf. Check-in and -out were seamless. Will absolutely stay here again.

Very good property. Clean, well-furnished, ocean view balcony, easy beach access, conveniently located, and easy check in/out process. Only complaint is that some of the outlets didn't work, which was especially inconvenient in the master bedroom.

Great Place for a Family Beach Vacation

Great property that had plenty of room for our family of 5. Kitchen and dining room large enough we cooked all our meals, plenty of space in the living areas that allowed us to play games together or relax after a day at the beach, and plenty of sleeping space. But while the place is awesome, the proximity to the beach is what made this trip incredible. We were on the sand from morning to sunset, followed by a walk on the beach after dinner. Great condo and wonderful location.

Great place!

Me and my family have stayed in this resort for several years and I love this place. It’s very clean great views we always love the smaller condos so you don’t have to wait on elevators and being over crowded this place is wonderful and close to everything shopping, eating, arcade and it sits on the beach so you have a very short walk to dip your feet in the ocean.

In town for a Music Fest on the beach

We were in town for the Sand in my Boots fest. The condo is in a nice area, close to stores and restaurants but not in walking distance. It was clean, air conditioning worked great, the kitchen is fully stocked and the washer and dryer are good size. The pillows on the bed were a bit flat for our liking but overall it was great. We loved sitting on the balcony hearing the waves crash and you couldn't ask for a nicer view. I would stay here again.

Love the area and accommodations at Tradewinds. Booking and the check in process was very easy. The size of the unit and view of the beach was perfect! The only problem we had during our stay was the TV systems were not user friendly. Very difficult to access local-national networks.

Beautifully decorated

Condo was very clean, could use a small unattached pantry for groceries/ a small cabinet in the bathroom for toiletries a full lenght mirror and some hooks in the bathrooms for clothes. Condo is extremely nice just my opinion of what would make it even better.

Overall it was great stay. They did have some construction/painting the outside building but it didn’t affect our stay. The unit was very clean, had everything we needed to cook & nicely decorated.Only negative I will say is the master bed, if you barley moved it would squeak. Which was very annoying.

Beautiful view and easy to work with

The condo has a gorgeous view and it was very easy to find. The check in process was all spelled out and was simple. It's a beautiful, peaceful place, right on the water. Walk past the pool and onto the beach. Only issue was the pool was supposed to be open before we arrived and it was still being renovated the entire time we were there. Not the management's fault.

As stated in another comment, the broken down spring mattress was extremely loud and uncomfortable during stay. Additionally there was poor grouting work in the master shower, stains on window curtains and other run down areas within the condo that need some work. I believe if the condo was kept up a little nicer, it would have been a more enjoyable stay. However, the beach and view are great.

Fixer upper

Beautiful view. Needs a lot of work. It had a foul odor that I could not get out of the room even after cleaning it myself. We found trash behind the garbage can that consisted of old donuts in a bag and food of some sort. Food particles were in the drawers with clean dishes or I hoped they were clean.it needs a new coffee pot that one had seen better days. You would think that it would have a Keurig of some sort. Also, there was no way that we could cook any kind of toast, bread, rolls, etc. because there was not a pan to do that with. I think someone needs to just go in there and do, a good cleaning and a review of what is actually in the unit.
