**Lift Use Disclaimer for Rental Property**
This home includes a residential lift, but its use is not guaranteed. If it becomes inoperable during your stay, repairs may be delayed. If lift access is essential, please consider a more accessible property.

Please read the following guidelines carefully before using the lift at our rental property:
1. **Maximum Occupancy**: The lift is designed to safely carry a maximum of 2 persons at any one time. Exceeding this limit may result in damage to the lift and pose a safety risk.
2. **Children's Supervision**: Children are welcome to use the lift, but they must always be accompanied by an adult to ensure their safety and proper use of the equipment.
3. **Responsibility for Damages**: Guests are responsible for any damage to the lift caused by misuse or exceeding the weight/occupancy limits. The cost of repairs due to such incidents will be charged to the guest responsible.
4. **Emergency Use**: In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions provided inside the lift. Do not attempt to force the doors open or climb out of the lift.
5. **General Use**: Use the lift in a safe and respectful manner. Do not attempt to tamper with, modify, or vandalize the lift in any way.
By using the lift, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these rules. Failure to comply will result in additional charges and/or eviction from the property.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties.
Due to fraud, a driving licence and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Holiday Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
