A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. Alerting the rental that there is leaking from the car port ceiling, broken outdoor rocking chair, loose handle on the shower door and another leak under the kitchen sink. The pool loungers are over half broken and garbage not removed while staying. When I advise of leaks they respond quick ( with in 2 minutes) when I ask about the unannounced person walking in the property it takes until the next day. When I ask several times- if there is any compensation for all the inconvenience- ignored. Buyer beware ##### Deaun B.
