    * Clean as a whistle hospital grade cleaning products used!
    * Master bedroom has king bed with memory foam topper & private door out to the patio.
    * Master bath and lots of counter space with double sinks.
    * Bedroom two has 1 queen and 1 full beds and has an updated private bath!
    * 3 Flat Screen Smart TV's & Blue ray player, Satellite TV & Secure WIFI
    * Bluetooth speaker will pair with your device, play your tunes
    * Need a little more sleeping space there is a new queen easy flex bed with memory foam mattress in the living area.

We had a great stay here! The kitchen was fully stocked, the balcony furniture was comfortable. That's where I spent most of my time :) The beds were also comfy. My boys always appreciate having their own beds (so many rentals only have a single queen in their 2nd bedroom, so this was a treat.) The view of the beach is amazing! Having access to the amenities in four buildings was great. Pools, fitness centers, beach access and more. My teenage boys loved playing pool in the game room. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Thank you for the great stay, Penny!

The good:*View from the balcony was amazing.*Enjoyed the pickleball courts.*Location is very conveiently located.*The host is great at communication-responded quickly and gave some great restaurant recommendations!FYI:*When we were there, the heated indoor pool and hot tub were only working 1/2 of the time.*The gym is pretty basic: No free weights. A few cardio machines and a few weight machines.*The mattress in the master bedroom is quite firm. I know some people love that, some people do not.*There is no kleenex in the condo and you only get 2 rolls of toilet paper. If your allergies flair up, make sure you pick up some kleenex from the grocery store.*The shower on the beach to rinse off the sand on your feet did not work the entire time we were there. Unfortuantely, we were tracking sand in and there was no vacuum or way to clean it up.*Also, when we first got there, the floor was already gritty.

We had a great trip. We used the beach access and two of the phoenix pools. We ate great food and enjoyed the view. There are a lot of kitchen tools. Penny was very responsive to a small issue. Would recommend to our friends.

Condo was very nice and comfortable. View was perfect. Everything worked. There was an issue with one of the elevators during our stay, but management had it fixed within a few hours. Us and several like us were leaving our beach chairs, umbrellas, toys outside of the condos in an effort to keep the sand out. There are several alcoves on each floor where these items would fit and not be a safety risk. However, we were told we had to bring all those things inside, and so did everyone else. I just really think the condos would stay in better shape if there were better areas outside for folks to keep their beach items.
