We selected this particular unit in the building pre-construction (before it was built) when all units were available to us.

2. Location - Dead centre in the building is the most practical. Being just steps from the lift provides great convenience upon arrival and departure; not to mention hauling beach supplies, groceries, and shopping items up and down.

3. View- The spectacular view from the 9th floor is the best; you can see the entire horizon, beach, water & sky. You are close enough to the pool & beach to be a part of the action, but not so close as to be annoying.

4. Reserved Parking- Having your own RESERVED underground garage parking space just steps from the lift has many benefits. No hot sun beating down on your car, no inclement weather, no long walks to your vehicle. Easy in, easy out.
