About this property

Boszicht 6 aan de Kust luxury apartment 5 persons. Beach 800 mtr

  • This semi-detached holiday home in Oostkapelle is only 800 metres from the clean and child friendly North Sea beach.

    In 2016 the bathroom was completely renovated with a new walk-in rain shower and a new toilet. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. A washinemachine and a tumble dryer are available even as a high chair and a cot.

    The kitchen is fully furnished including a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine and a kettle.

    The shared garden is equipped with tables, chairs and sunbeds. We have a storage for the bikes.

Ein sehr praktisches Objekt Leider stimmt die Beschreibung nicht: 3 Schlafzimmer ist nicht korrekt - es sind zwei einzelne Schlafzimmer und eine Bettstelle im Vorraum der beiden Zimmer. Da diese Bettstelle im Vorraum liegt ist absolut Null Privatsphäre verfügbar.

Leider haben wir bis heute die Kaution noch nicht zurück bekommen obwohl wir im Vorfeld pünktlich bezahlt hatten, die Wohnung am Tag der Abreise gekehrt, den Teppich gesaugt und die Nasszelle geputzt haben und damit mehr als nur besenrein verlassen haben.

Kurzurlaub war wunderbar! Abwicklung super und Aufenthalt sehr schön - sehr freundlicher Empfang und Checkout. Unterkunft war auch prima, nur 1 Stern Abzug wegen der enormen Hellhörigkeit in den Schlafzimmern - hier versteht man von den Nachbarn jedes Wort ohne dass die wirklich laut waren. Insgesamt ein super Urlaub!

Gemütliche Wohnung, aber Bad und Schlafzimmer zum Teil verbesserungsbedürftig

Wir wurden von einem netten Vermieter freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und nett eingerichtet, so das man sich dort wohlfühlen kann. Allerdings sollte erwähnt werden, das das Bett nur 1.60 m breit ist .Es gibt noch 2 Einzelbetten, wovon wir 1 genutzt haben, da uns das Doppelbett zu schmal war. Das Badezimmer war modern , aber auch zu eng und es gab kaum Ablagemöglichkeit. Die Dusche war ohne Türe oder Vorhang, so das man anschließend das ganze Bad putzen musste. Außerdem war die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer hoch sehr steil und eng, was bei Rücken -und Knieproblemen Schwierigkeiten bereitet. Diese sollte vorab im Angebot mitgeteilt werden.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich neu renoviert und ausgestattet. Für 3 Personen völlig ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen.
