"This property is secluded yet walking distance to many things. I had a great run that included an amazing running trail along the river!! Every member of the staff went out of their way to make us welcome and to be helpful. Loved the spa and public onsen!!! Can't say enough good things. The meals were also fantastic. "The deep baths we're so relaxing after a hot and humid day. The staff were super friendly and explained everything in great detail. The Japanese breakfast set was such an amazing meal and had so many different dishes to try. You can see the floating tori gate from a more quiet area just outside the ryokan."

"The property is very nice, clean and modern. The living room is a comfortable place to relax. Please be aware that this is a 3 bedroom property and the other rooms will be occupied by other guests. The kitchen, living room, toilets, and bathroom are all shared with the other guests. The house is lovely but has very thin walls and doors and you can hear all the other guests, even when they are trying to be very quiet. If the other guests leave early in the morning you will very likely be woken up. It is a nice place to stay but please consider this when booking. "
