We were 7 travellers including one 13 year old. Place was clean. Shower was good. AC was super. Fully stocked kitchen if you actually wanted to cook but we took advantage of the nearby restaurants. It was low season during our stay so not many restaurants open in the evening. No issues during daytime as more shops and restaurants opened to cater to tourists visiting the island as day-trip. Location is right in front of ferry terminal which was very convenient. Communication with owner was ok once it was through my email.
