"The gardens are amazing. The little zoo in the middle of the buildings is good for kids. Other than that, rooms are spacious and clean yet dropping clean towels every day by the cleaners was an issue. Most of the staff don’t know what they are doing. There are servers who don’t speak Turkish or English ..."

"It’s been one of our best holidays ever. We did travel with kids and in this resort is so much for them to do; amazing kids club, climbing wall, tree top adventure and daily shows. Amazing staff- very kind and helpful. Could not wish for better hols!"

The hotel and hotel staff was great.I had a good time with my family. Only I was mad about Expedia price,I paid double than other hotel providers.I noticed after paid and it is not able to cancel.

Room is quiet but view was not good... room service is correct .. staff are really generous and professional specually ali and aymn.. there s a variety in meals with accpetable quality...globally it was a good stay..i really recommend it !
