Family and kid-friendly, this place offers nonstop fun with daily schedules sent via WhatsApp, making every day feel special. The Rixi Club is amazing for kids, with multilingual, caring staff. You also get access to Land of Legends—empty and all yours in off-season! BLOOM is a standout; its fine dining rivals (and beats) top London spots with unique Turkish fusion dishes. Only suggestion? Definitely not an all inclusive. Never heard of an all inclusive resort that you have to pay for 4 out of 7 restaurants. Had to pay for a spot at one of their shows one night because they made it a vip section as if it was a night club. Food is ok but not much variety at all the 6 days I was there. No late check out. Out dated rooms and everything had an “extra charge “next to it. I think you can find find better hotels for the same money. Definitely not a five star hotel nor all inclusive.

I am satisfied with everything about my stay except the reception service. When I was moving in they were extremely rude and unprofessional with me, asking to wait for 3 hours even though my room booking started a day before I moved in. They refused to show me where my room is located and overall made me feel unwanted in the hotel. Same thing happened when I was moving out, the bellboy who took my bags from me made it seem as if he was doing me a favor rather than his job. Everyone else in the hotel was very nice and friendly! I loved my stay and glad I didn’t decide to go to a different hotel after such an unpleasant greeting.

Otel genel olarak temiz, hergün sabah odanız temizleniyor. Tek kullanımlık tarak, traş seti, şampuan vs her gün odanıza bırakılıyor. Çalışanlar güler yüzle yaklaşıyor. Çocuklar için oldukça fazla aktivite mevcut. Yemeklerde çeşitlilik mevcut. Barlarda gün boyu yemek imkanı bulunuyor ( pizza, hamburger, pide, kumpir vs). Ancak yemeklerde kullanılan malzemelerin kaliteleri yeterli değil. Lezzet konusunda yemekler eksik kalıyor. A la carte restaurantlar da mevcut ancak bunlar ücretli. Onun dışında havuzların büyüklüğü, otelin plajı oldukça yeterli. Genel anlamda gitmek isteyenlere oteli tavsiye ediyorum. Ben memnun kaldım.

Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das bequeme Bett, das mir eine erholsame Nachtruhe ermöglicht hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine vielfältige Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen. Auch das Personal war stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Mein 4-jähriger Sohn hatte großen Spaß, besonders im Spielbereich und im Kinderpool.

Otelin mimari yapısı gerçekten yorucu ve karısık … koridor gıbı yerlerin arasında tüm kalan kişiler kayboldugundan bahsediyor… kalanında oturma alanları bu mevsim için yetersizdi… yağmur yağdıgında odamıza gitmek zorunda kaldık orta alanlar yetersiz. Bunu. Dısında calısanları agzının içinde söylenenleri var.. bir yandan tantuni dürüm verıyor bir yandan bu otelden bir kurtulaydım diyor…dert mi yedik tantuni mi belli değil… temizlik güzel masaj güzel havuz güzel odalar geniş deniz güzel
