Checked in and went to the room only to find someone's name on the tv welcome screen. Reported it several times. Took 4 days for it to be sorted. The was an issue with the air con in the room. Couldn't turn it down as temp just kept creeping up. Room was excessively hot even with the air con off. ...

Staff are friendly and kind. Very helpful. The stay is a bit far from attractions, so you need to prepare for that. Rooms are clean. No refreshments or water so more of a bring your own stuff which makes sense given that its an “apartment”.
