The name says it all: This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has a spectacular view of the famous KT22 run at Palisades Tahoe! Just a half a mile from the Palisades tram, it's a quick walk to the slopes, but if you prefer door-to-door car service, the Mountaineer shuttle is available and easy to use. KT22 View comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

Enter into the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The fully-equipped kitchen provides a gas stove, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and all the basics to prepare and serve meals. Dining table seats 8. The living room features that amazing view, craftsman-style furnishings, and a woodstove to keep you cozy on chilly nights. Please note: Since the views and "unplugging" are the focus at this home, there is no television in the living room, but there's a comfy TV nook in one of the bedrooms. Just off the living room, a large deck features outdoor dining furniture and a gas BBQ grill (available in summer only).

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the mid-level of the house. Up a half-flight of stairs from the entry area, to the left is a bedroom with a Queen bed, a small desk, and knotty pine paneling. To the right is the bunkroom with a Queen bed and a set of Twin bunk beds, en-suite bathroom, and TV nook with built-in couches. A full bathroom and laundry facilities are located in the hallway on this level.

Upstairs, on the top level of the home, a spacious sitting area outside the primary bedroom provides a quiet space for work, yoga, reading, or just soaking in the view. The bedroom offers a King bed and, once again, fantastic Olympic Valley views. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks and a large, combination shower and jetted bathtub.
