- The kitchenette has granite counters and is stocked with cooking utensils, mini refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and range top. There is no oven.
- The dining area seats 4 people.
- A full, private bathroom with an oversized bathtub and shower.
- The studio condominium accommodates 2 to 4 people.

Perfect for one to two people, or a small family, this modern condo features a full-size bathroom on the right upon entry, newly updated and well-equipped kitchenette to your left, modern décor and queen size bed partitioned by walls, a door and shuttered windows that open to the living space. Relax in the living and dining area on a comfy oversized sofa that doubles as a full-size sleeper sofa.

Uniquely partitioned in this deluxe studio is a sleeping space with queen size bed and dresser, with openings that shutter close for privacy – perfect if any of your guests need an area to retreat in peace from the common area. Relax in the living and dining area and share stories of the day's adventures.

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning.

Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking.
