Everything was good except 1 thing, the pool facility was not open. I didn’t see any description about it online. I called the centre to make sure about it and they told me everything was good and then when I was at the site, nothing. It was really dissapointed.

quiet area booked there due to the pool which was closed other renovations going on no mention of that anywhere

The room was clean is the only positive comment. We came to visit our grandkids and wanted this for the pool to have some fun with them. I also upgraded and got a suite to have a jetted tub for the evening. We paid 230 for 1 night and did not get use of a pool as it was under construction and no where was this communicated till I walked by the doors. Then to top it off the jetted tub did not work. Wanted to speak to management when checking out but there was no manager working and I was checked out by the laundry worker. We will be coming back to Olds to visit but it will not be at this hotel.

Spacious, clean room with all necessary amenities for an extended stay. Friendly staff willing to accommodate various travelers needs. Hot breakfast every morning was an added bonus.

Disappointed that the pool was closed. A 10 minute walk if you want to use the community pool (yeah no!) but the breakfast was fantastic. great HOT coffee, great eggs and fresh made waffles - Najma did a GREAT JOB! - my only suggestions for environmental reasons is that they do not need to change the towels everyday, save the environment, save them themselves some laundry cost! Also, the shampoo, WHAT was that, it was hard to get out, small containers, and NO WATER pressure if you have thick hair! you might want to bring your own shampoo!
