"A real nice hotel on the edge of Riga Old Town.
A convenient location and just on the edge of the main tourist area gave a great balance of being in the vibe and having a quieter setting."

The Grand Hotel is superbly located. As I entered the lobby, I was warmly greeted and advised of the location of breakfast and also the times On arrival at my room I was immediately impressed by the amount of space I had and how richly furnished and decorated it was.
The king sized bed was very comfortable and high standard furnishings were provided, along with effective air conditioning. Rooms were serviced daily and bedlinen changed every two days as a standard. The room was immaculately...

Excellent hotel- they just get everything right, even dealing with problems. At one point we were miscommunicated breakfast time but the staff were so fantastic at dealing with the problem by ensuring that we were looked after that it not only wasn’t a problem - it was turned into a big positive. They take customer service very seriously. Excellent experience all round - other hotels could learn a lot. Great food. Lovely location. And very quiet l. All round well done !

2nd visit to the hotel. Very nice, large, well appointed room. Fantastic breakfast spread, didn't have time to use the spa facilities. Hotel is in a good position for the Old Town and restaurants, also airport bus stop very close. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in the centre of Riga. It s very comfortable and has the amenities one would need for his stay. Breakfast is very good and consists of hot and cold items with a great selection. I would like to point out that it would be better to have the juices and water cooled as they were.too warm to.drink in July and we.had to ask.for ice every day. Housekeeping did a good job although they tend to miss leaving coffee capsules for the coffee machine..I had to ask the night staff to...

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the location which, whilst stone throws away from city centre, still put us in the more quite part of the town not far from some nice parks and the airport. The hotel was recently opened and everything felt brand new. It had a good vibe and upon arrival we were greeted by the staff, who for most part seemed to be very young, but very polite and professional. The checkin was smooth and we quickly were able to get in to our room, which was well...

I really enjoyed my stay. The outside is very grand and the inside is stylish, contemporary and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding. My room was beautiful and the bed linen was the best I've ever encountered in a number of years travelling for work. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful although could perhaps have been a bit warmer.
I would definitely stay here again if I'm in Latvia.

Easy access to all shops, train station and transport to beach, very modern rooms. All necessary kitchen appliances and tools to cook. Ventilation in hot weather. Good shower. As well washing machine to not care about laundry searching. Good quiet sleep, has parking spaces and children play space. Safe with gates. Staff friendly and have little shop inside for souvenirs and essentials. Overall very nice place to stay for holiday.
