Great communication from the staff prior to checking in. The self-check-in option for later arrivals is very easy and convenient. The only downside is the lack of public transit options to the city center close by. I thought that I was booking an apartment but ended up with a tiny hotel room with double bed and small microwave! I showed the receptionist the description from my confirmation itinerary which included a kitchenette and was told that a kitchenette meant only a microwave! I had to pay additional $140 to upgrade to tiny studio apartment which was located in a different location. When I got to the new apartment the stove top didn’t work. I don’t feel like I got value for the money that was spent!! I feel like they are deliberately misleading people! Don’t be taken like I was! The place is about 1 km from the old town. There's a gas station for emergency food close by, but there's also a coffee machine in the hotel. We had a "double room with kitchenette" - it was very tight and there's definitely no space to cook so don't be fooled by the word kitchenette. There was a fridge and toaster and some crockery. Maybe opt for a bigger room if you want to make your own food.
