Ideal for what i needed. Booked 2 rooms and were given 2 next door to each other. Room was basic but clean, tidy and warm. Hot water took a few minutes to come through but when it did the shower was great, not an issue and maybe just due to room location. Our rooms were on the top floor which wasn't an issue for us but be aware there is no lift which could be an issue for some.
