"The hotel feels a little tired and understaffed. Three of the rooms we booked weren't available until gone 6pm. Breakfast was disappointing. One staff member most mornings for a busy room, with breakfast taking up to an hour. One morning, our breakfast just didn't appear. Location is good."

Was not aware the shuttle service is only available on Fridays and Saturdays. Room was freezing, no thermostat to adjust. Coffee pot in room didn’t work. "
