I had book an executive room (and paid extra $ for it) and room was not available so stayed in a different room. Checked-in at 3pm, they were still cleaning and had to wait. Internet doesn't work in rooms... Humid and moisty "

"Owner overbooks property and does not honor confirmed and pre-paid room types. Later refusing to reimburse for accommodations not provided. After check in owner knocked on our door to ask us to leave because they had another family checking in to our same room (a three bedroom flat). Owner allowed another family to walk in while our family was in the room, closed half of the unit to split the flat between the two families because that was the only solution she had. Our luggage still on the other...
