We had a wonderful stay even though the weather wasn’t great. Our host was amazing and responded quickly and was so kind. The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed. I would recommend anyone looking for a place on the beach to stay here! 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay!

This is my second time staying at Brianna's condo. It was just as wonderful as it was the first time. Perfect location just next to the beach. Check-in was easy and quick. Very comfortable living space and bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. Love hearing the music on the deck from the Myst downstairs and watching everyone on the Pier. Perfect beach vacation.

Birthday getaway

The condo was in a perfect location, for a late summer long weekend. The amenities of the condo, were really nice. The size of the condo was great. Very spacious living space. The beds were a little small, and primary bath could have been a little cleaner, and bigger shower. The two decks were amazing. Kitchen had everything you needed, and was a good size. Loved the 3 sided table, and living room furniture. Very comfortable.

Everything at your fingertips!

The condo is beautiful and the location is perfect for those wanting close proximity to ocean views and downtown. We chose this property for its beauty and convenience, and we were not disappointed. Our goal was to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea. That is just what we did. The condo owner was attentive and responsive which we appreciated. We will be back!

Convenience by the ocean

This property was perfect for our week long stay at old orchard beach. We had a one year old baby with us so the close proximity to the beach and ease of being able to come and go off the beach with just a short walk through the parking lot was crucial. well updated kitchen with the basics but if you plan to do a lot of cooking may consider bringing some of your own stuff (cutting board, sharp knives being two things we felt the absence of). Overall very nice property and the perfect location for our vacation. Walking distance to attractions/restaurants and the pier is right outside the building-we enjoyed some of the live entertainment from the balcony and overall the noise wasn’t too bad.

Great beachfront condo

Location was great for the sunrise, proximity to the beach and feeling a part of the action. If you don’t like listening to local musicians for hours this place wouldn’t be for you as they play directly below the balcony. The only thing I would recommend are room darkening shades in the bedrooms. With all of the flashing lights from the pier and the play land plus the road spotlights it felt like the sun never went down.

Ultimate OOB location

We really enjoyed being in the middle of everything OOB has to offer. Being so close to the beach made it very easy to set up our spot and handle all the buckets and shovels the kids brought. Walking across the street to the arcade and rides is very convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. I liked that we didn't need to drive much on our trip and that parking was included. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The view to the ocean and Palace Playland was nice. I think it was better than most condos since it's a corner unit. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back!

Great condo, great location!

The condo is exactly as advertised. The guest before us left some clothes in a drawer, a ring on the counter. Condo is spacious, good kitchen. Having a washer/dryer in unit very convenient. The owner was quick to respond, not that I needed anything during my stay. Check in/out is easy. Neighbors next door were a little loud one night, there is a lot of activity so if you’re looking for quiet, may not be the right fit. But great if you’re into being at the center of it all. My teens had a great time having the amusement park and arcades right next door. And this mama loved having them have their independence but also being close if they needed me…while I was at the beach 😊 Highly recommended

This condo is an absolute must for anyone looking to stay at old orchard!
